Hello, my name is
Empowering Biological Insight Through Code & Curiosity. I combine fisheries science with computational biology to drive innovation in aquaculture through bioinformatics and biotechnology.
I'm a BS student in Fisheries at Gazipur Agricultural University, passionate about the intersection of biological sciences and computational methods. My academic journey has led me to develop a keen interest in bioinformatics, genomics, and biotechnology.
With a foundation in both biological sciences and programming, I aim to bridge the gap between wet lab experimentation and computational analysis. My research interests span genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, with a particular focus on using computational tools to solve real-world problems in fisheries and aquaculture.
As the Vice President of the IT Society at GAU, I foster collaborative environments where technology meets biology, organizing workshops and hackathons that encourage interdisciplinary approaches to scientific challenges.
Analyzing biological data with computational methods.
Python, R, and JavaScript for biological data analysis.
Sustainable aquaculture and marine conservation.
Exploring genimic sequences and their implications.
Pursuing a degree in Fisheries, focusing on genetics, bioinformatics and computational biology applications in aquaculture and marine sciences.
Completed HSC with a focus on Science, laying the groundwork for my studies in biological science and biotechnology.
Completed SSC with a focus on Science, developing a strong foundation in biological sciences and mathematics.
Leading a team of tech enthusiasts to promote digital literacy and computational approaches in agricultural sciences. Organized workshops on programming for biologists and hackathons focused on solving agricultural challenges.
Coordinating the Hult Prize initiative at GAU, focusing on social entrepreneurship and innovation. Engaging students in solving global challenges through business ideas and community projects.
Conducted surveys and data collection of Beels of Mymanshing Division for Wetland managemant project collaborated with Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, focusing on present status of wetlands of Bangladesh. Collaborated with a team to analyze data and provide insights for project development.
Worked to enhance the visibility of student welfare initiatives through effective communication strategies. Collaborated with various departments to promote events and activities that benefit the student community.
